Vitamin Regimen.



This is my daily regimen.

In the morning, I mix my powdered greens with water, organic apple juice, 1 tablespoon of "cold-pressed, Hemp-Oil" & open a capsule of my "Raw Probiotics" (85 billion live cultures) - Shake it all up and drink.

With it I take a *Grape seed capsule, *Turmeric capsule, *Bromelain capsule & * Ester-c capsule.

30 minutes prior to eating dinner, I drink 1/2 of the Kambucha and the other 1/2 later in the evening.

AT bedtime, I take the *Colostrum capsule, 2 *Vitamin E, another *Turmeric capsule, another *Bromelain capsule & another *Raw Probiotic.

The organic *Cacao nibs are my snack throughout the day when I need a bite of chocolate flavoring & an energy boost.

And I use a 1/4 teaspoon of the *Organic cinnamon in my cup of hot tea.

LOTS going on here!  Everything is completely organic, some from other countries and either powder, liquid or capsule form.

On a mission to re-build my gut flora.  The roots to my immune system
